Please join us for the official launch of the 2016 Annual Report of the Technical Secretariat of the Latin American Network for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention. Founded in March 2012, the Network is the world’s leading initiative fostering capacity building and policy development in this field. Former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has called the Latin American Network an effective “partnership for prevention.”
Speakers include representatives from the UN Office of the Special Advisers on the Prevention of Genocide and the Responsibility to Protect, the Stanley Foundation and the Auschwitz Institute for Peace and Reconciliation.
