Escaped Bosnian War Criminal Recaptured

Bosnian police have captured Radovan Stankovic, a member of Serbian paramilitary forces who was convicted of crimes against humanity in 2006. Stankovic escaped during a transfer from prison to hospital in 2007, and authorities say he was captured yesterday in Foca, less than a mile away.
